Korean Strawberry Milk (Fresh Strawberry Drink)

Korean Strawberry Milk is a refreshing drink made with fresh strawberries, sugar, and milk. It’s popular in Korean cafés for its sweet flavor and pretty pink color with strawberry chunks. Easy to make at home in just 5 minutes!

Equipment

  • 1 Small saucepan (optional) For making strawberry syrup
  • 1 Mixing bowl For mashing strawberries
  • 2 Glasses For serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries Hulled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sugar (or honey) Sweetener
  • 1 cup Cold milk Whole milk or preferred milk
  • ½ cup Ice cubes Optional, for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mash strawberries with sugar until juicy. (For smoother texture, simmer strawberries and sugar for 5 minutes to make syrup.)
  • Spoon mashed strawberries or syrup into the bottom of each glass.
  • Add ice cubes if desired.
  • Pour cold milk over the strawberries.
  • Stir gently before drinking and enjoy the pink swirl effect.

Notes

For extra flavor, blend some of the strawberries into a puree and leave some chunks for texture.
Works with dairy-free milk (almond, oat, soy).
Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
